Both configurations have a spacious 20-foot enclosed trailer built on a robust chassis. The ECT-20D4 includes a 4-foot front deck, ideal for mounting generators, fuel tanks, storage boxes or additional outdoor gear.

Both trailers feature a 9,990-pound weight capacity and integrate seamlessly with mobile vehicle-mounted telescoping tower systems such as the T2-100UG. They support tower heights up to 100 feet, forming a compact yet powerful combo unit. Whether deploying communication equipment or outfitting a mobile response unit, these 20-foot cargo trailers can adapt to your needs. Tower Integration: Elevate Payloads up to 100 Feet

The ECT-20 and ECT-20D4 are engineered to support one of the most versatile tower models — the T2-100UG. The T2-100UG is the most deployed 100-foot unguyed aluminum telescoping tower in the world, with field-proven performance in over 65 countries. Built from American aircraft-grade aluminum (6061-T6), it delivers unmatched strength-to-weight efficiency for rapid deployment and long service life.

  • Construction and design: The T2-100UG is built in four 30-foot sections with a 7-foot overlap, reinforced by Aluma Tower’s patented radial pressure slide bar system. This design ensures stability, smooth retraction and secure locking in every deployment.
  • Height and capacity: The tower’s maximum height of 100 feet supports payloads up to 350 pounds. Despite its height, the tower maintains a compact nested length of 31.5 feet, making it easily transportable on our 20-foot cargo trailers. It maintains structural integrity at wind speeds up to 70 mph and has a sail area of up to 20 square feet at the top section.
  • Deployment and operation: Operators can raise and tilt the T2-100UG using AC or DC winch systems, with multiple voltage options to match field conditions. The height is adjustable in 20-inch increments, enabling precise positioning. A positive retraction system, lockable safety stops and multiple redundancies make deployment reliable and secure.
  • Field versatility: At about 1,600 pounds, the tower is portable and aircraft-deployable. It can be towed on Aluma Tower’s heavy-duty enclosed trailers. It T2-100UG meets TIA-222-G structural standards and supports antennas, surveillance cameras, communication payloads and other equipment in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 120°F.
