Aluma Tower and ITS Now Operating Under Will‑Burt Integration, Inc.

Dear Valued Suppliers, Vendors, and Partners, 

I am pleased to share some exciting news about the continued evolution of our tower and integrated systems business. Effective immediately, Aluma Tower and Integrated Tower Systems  (ITS) will be consolidated under Will‑Burt Integration, Inc. This step streamlines how we operate while preserving the brand strengths you know and trust. 

Over the past two years, we have taken deliberate actions to position these businesses for long‑term success — including Will‑Burt’s acquisition of Aluma Tower in May 2024 and the relocation of ITS from Tulsa, OK to Vero Beach, FL in January 2025. Today’s consolidation brings those milestones together under a single operating entity focused on delivering a faster, more seamless experience for you. 

What’s changing 

• Operating entity: All commercial activity for Aluma Tower and ITS will now transact through Will‑Burt Integration, Inc. 
• Brand architecture: Aluma Tower and ITS will continue as powerful product brands within the Will‑Burt Integration portfolio, backed by Will‑Burt’s global resources. 

What’s NOT changing 

• Addresses & phone numbers: Your current business address and phone contacts remain the same. 
• People & relationships: Your day‑to‑day contacts, engineering collaboration, and field support remain unchanged unless we notify you otherwise. 
• Quality & delivery: Our commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time delivery is unchanged — and better supported by a unified operating structure. 

Invoicing & payments (please update your records) 

Effective February 1, 2026, all invoices and payments must reference Will‑Burt Integration, Inc. If your system requires a new vendor setup, tax documentation, or a revised purchase order format,  please contact your usual finance contact and we will respond promptly. Existing banking instructions remain in place unless you are notified directly in writing by our Finance team.
