TM 54-80 Mobile Tower Systems

Mobile Telescoping Tower Trailer System

One of the newest products offered by Aluma is the 54-80 line of mobile tower systems.  When coupled with our innovative TU series mobile tower systems, the 54-80 provides a rapidly deployable, mobile telescoping trailer tower system that is capable of being air transported via C-130 aircraft.  These well-designed mobile tower systems have many available options and accessories, including an all-aluminum shelter that can be affixed to the upper deck structure (model 54-80S).

The TU series towers are adapted to these mobile tower systems to provide a very capable, self-supporting tower system.  This mobile telescoping trailer tower system can handle up to a 92 ft (28 m) TU series unguyed tower.  When complete, the 54-80 models provide excellent coverage for your mobile tower.

Mobile Tower Systems

These mobile tower systems have numerous available accessories including power winches, custom electrical systems (including International variations), HVAC systems, equipment racks, cable handing accessories (cable trays, coax reels, I/O ports, etc.), spare tires, and many others.   As with all of our units, you can be cover the 54-80 with any coating (paint, powder coat, anodize, CARC, etc.) you desire.

  • Due to their lightweight platform, these mobile tower systems are highly portable. This unit is capable of C-130 transport and can be towed by a wide variety of motorized vehicles.
  • We offer the 54-80 models as a cost-effective, reliable, user-friendly solution to the marketplace, a missing segment in mobile tower systems.
  • The 54-80 series of mobile telescoping trailer tower systems provide rapid deployment units. They require approximately 15 minutes of setup time with two capable people. This is one of the swiftest communication setups for mobile tower systems.
