Telescoping Aluminum Towers
without the need for guy wires
With the constant demand of towers without guy wires (unguyed), Aluma Tower has designed several unguyed, heavy-duty (UGH series) towers, ranging in heights from 35 ft. to 106 ft. Our state-of-the-art, patent pending slide bar system eliminates the need for guy wires in winds up to 70 mph. These unguyed towers can be used for either building mounted or trailer mounted applications (some restrictions apply) and are ideal for rapid deployment or where guy wires are simply not an option.
All of our newly designed towers have either an “E” or “F” size outer section with 3/16” wall aluminum legs, 2,200 lb. rated lifting pulleys, up & down limit switches, stainless steel safety stop assemblies, and a safety stop interlock switch. As a standard feature, each unguyed tower comes equipped with custom made electric My-Te Winches, available in both 115 VAC or 12 VDC versions. These robust, heavy duty winches boast stainless steel drums, manual bypass handcranks, safety stop interlock switches and both, up and down limit switches. Building mounted towers also come with an extra-heavy-duty tilting base, 2” dia. X ¼” wall aluminum mast, and a custom building bracket allowing the tower to tilt either parallel or perpendicular to the building it is mounted to.
Guy ears are also a standard feature to allow the use of guy wires if the need arises for even higher limitations. Numerous optional accessories are also available to choose from.
