Trailer Towers
Telescoping
Aluminum tower coupled with a
heavy duty galvanized trailer for mobile &
portable use.
Lightweight aluminum crank-up towers up to
100 feet combined with trailers
to produce mobile units. The telescoping tower
and trailer system is ideal for emergency-temporary
communications and portable mobile communications,
incident command posts, remote base stations,
a Cell-on-Wheels (COW), Mobile Tower Units
(MTU), and other unique applications. The mobile
communications tower systems are easily installed,
cost effective and portable for enhanced reception.
Trailers are hot-dipped
galvanized steel and available in single or
dual torsion spring axle and are complete with
removable leveling jacks. Electric brakes are
offered. The standard hitch is a
2-5/16”
ball coupler. An adjustable height coupler channel
is provided to allow an easy conversion to a
military lunette eye or other size ball. The
12 V DC trailer lighting and wiring system complies
with DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
and will allow licensing in all 50 States. Various
trailer models are produced for operation on
paved and unpaved roads.
Guy kits are available and are
required on most towers in most applications.
